Launching CPQ
Product marketing design for a launch that had to explain something complicated without looking complicated.
Product marketing design sits between two audiences: the person who needs the promise in five seconds, and the person who needs the mechanics before they’ll bring it to a buying committee.
For the CPQ launch I designed the product page and the launch system around it, working with Product Marketing, Web and Product to get the interface represented accurately while still reading as a clear, single argument.
Scope
- WebProduct page and templates
- Product UIMarketing-facing interface art
- CampaignLaunch assets across channels
- SalesDecks and enablement material
The problem
Configure, price, quote — in one screen.
The value is obvious once you've lived the problem and opaque if you haven't. The page had to get someone from the headline to understanding without a glossary.
Showing the product
Interface as illustration.
Product screens were art-directed rather than screenshot — real interface, cropped and composed so a reader's eye lands on the one thing each section is about.
Launch
Everything ready on the same morning.
Page, campaign assets, sales decks and enablement material shipped together, built from shared components so a late change to the story didn't mean rebuilding five things.

Catalyst
Visual design for a developer-facing product, where credibility is earned by being clear rather than by being loud.
